Old Bowl New Way

This morning I woke up late for me. 9:00! Well I was up late so I guess thats why. This morning I wanted to try something new. So I cooked my oates in a pot on the stove. Ok its not that new. It worked well. I think it makes them grow bigger. :) I made pumpkin oats again. I just love them. I had 1/2 c oats cooked stove top with 1 c water and mixed in 1/4 c pumpkin at the end of cooking. I mixed in some cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves. My mom did not have pumpkin pie spice (because I stole hers :) ) I topped it with 1/4 c raisins, and 1/2 oz walnuts. It was so good!
I walked 1 mi with Charlie. Then wanted to hit the elliptical, but my brothers friend was sleeping in the basement. I cant run two days in a row (my knees). So I did some weights. I did my normal 15 min arms, and 15 min abs. The only ab adjustments I made were I used the couch instead of a ball and did leg lifts on the floor instead of the hanging thing at the gym. I did 15 min legs by doing pilates base things and squats and lunges. For a little cardio I did 30 sec run in place, 30 jumping jacks and 30 jump rope X 3.
I am going shopping with my friend at the mall. So we will be walking aroung and carrying heavy bags. I am excited! I havent seen here in 4 months!!!
